Terms of Service

Last updated: August 31, 2026

1. Service Description

Missed Call Audit is a diagnostic and revenue quantification tool for service businesses. It calculates estimated revenue loss from missed calls based on data provided by the user, and offers optional PDF reports and live consulting sessions.

2. Use of the Calculator

By using MCA, you agree that the results generated are estimates based solely on the data you provide. All revenue projections are illustrative and not guaranteed outcomes. MCA makes no representation that any specific revenue will be recovered.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Inaccurate inputs will produce inaccurate outputs.

3. Purchases and Refunds

PDF Report: Delivered digitally upon purchase. Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact us for resolution.

Live Revenue Audit: This is a scheduled consulting session. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Bundle: Subject to the terms of both the PDF Report and Live Audit above.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software of Missed Call Audit is proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this platform without express written permission.

Your submitted data (business inputs, email, contact info) remains your property. By submitting, you grant MCA a limited license to use it to generate and deliver your diagnostic.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Missed Call Audit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Revenue projections are estimates only. Results will vary based on industry conditions, market factors, and business operations outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

MCA's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this tool.

7. Email Communications

By submitting the calculator, you consent to receiving diagnostic result emails and a follow-up email series from Missed Call Audit. You may unsubscribe at any time. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

8. SMS Text Messaging

Missed Call Audit sends automated SMS text messages to help participating service businesses recover missed calls. Customers do not submit their mobile phone number through our website; a customer's number is obtained only when they voluntarily initiate an inbound call to a participating business. The inbound call is the affirmative action that establishes consent to be contacted by SMS.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies — typically one message per missed call, with no recurring or promotional messages. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for assistance. Full details of the consent, opt-in, and opt-out process are available in our SMS Consent & Messaging Policy.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent data are not sold, shared, rented, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

ISV / Reseller Model. Missed Call Audit acts as a technology platform and service provider enabling participating businesses to send customer communications. Each business is the messaging brand and sender of record for communications to its own customers, and is provisioned with its own dedicated Twilio subaccount, phone number, Messaging Service, and applicable A2P 10DLC registration. Missed Call Audit provides the underlying automation and infrastructure and may process messaging data on behalf of the business solely to provide the contracted platform services. Customer phone numbers originate from inbound calls placed directly to the participating business, not from purchased, scraped, or third-party marketing lists.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
